Please be aware that international shipments from Turkey may be subject to import taxes, custom duties or fees imposed by the destination country. These costs will be charged once the shipped good arrives at the country of destination.
We believe in transparency and stand by your results. If you absolutely don’t like Beauty Pillow, we’ll refund your first purchase.
Please be aware that in order to kick off the refund process the product should be shipped back to our Turkey warehouse.
Simply send us an email at [email protected], including your name, order confirmation number, and reason for return within 14 days of your package’s arrival. We’ll send additional instructions from there!

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (if the delivery method allows it).

We can only change orders that have not been shipped yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipment", "shipped" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any changes to your order.

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process your order for delivery.
Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them while choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:
-United States: 2-3 days
-Europe & Great Britain: 3-5 days
-Canada & Australia: 5-7 days
-Rest of World: 6-8 days
Products
The Beauty Pillow is made from the highest quality visco memory foam. It has medium hardness and takes the shape of your neck, head and shoulders over time.
You can wash the SKIN+ cover at 30 degrees after turning the cover inside out, with similar colors. You should close the zipper completely. The SKIN+ feature of the product is odourless, but still it is recommended to wash it before first use to cleanse the packaging scent.
Do not wash the pillow, it will crumble. You can wipe it with a damp cloth and air it.
The Beauty Pillow comes with a complementary specially designed SKIN+cover which has embedded probiotic capsules for hydrating your skin during sleep! When you take the case off, you will find the protective sleeve of the visco foam pillow. With only the sleeve on, you can see the deep cradles just like in the photos.

We additionnaly offer Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We currently only support USD for charging our customers in their local currencies.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
