You could improve by answering emails and messages that are sent to you. Your communication is appalling at best! Non existent!

It’s just awkward to sleep on. If you sleep on the side, it feels like you’re falling off of it.

Hidden charges. I was charged 44.6$ for tax.
The breast pillow exceeded my expectations! It keeps your breast separated and prevents wrinkles and is surprisingly comfortable. Previously, I was using stick on chest pads, which work but are expensive and only last a few days. This is well worth the cost and highly recommended.

I will never buy anything from this company again! After spending $20,on shipping, I get hit with a $32 bill from FedEx because this product was stopped at customs. Outrageous!! Never, never, never again! And customer care doesn't reply back. Scam of a company!

Pillow smells horrible. I washed cover to see if that would help. It did not. I can’t use it. I sent concerns to customer service and never heard back.
It just feels very uncomfortable, I get headaches from the pressure at my occipital region when laying on my back. And it has terrible smell too:/

Its easier to breath on my side, however, it has a chemically scent that clogs my lungs for some time using at first
Its quite a firm memory foam, I guess it has to be in order to cradle the sides of your face. I held a mirror up to see how much my face is touching, and the eye are is still wrinkling somewhat, also gravity doesn't help putting your face down like that. Really the only solution is sleeping on your back. It doesnt have that same cozy feel when lying on your back as you would on a softer memory foam. Not too sure how I can return it in its original packaging if I dont have a vacuum compression machine to get it back into the tube it came in. will have to inquire about that.

Little softer than preferred
The pillow is nice and arrived timely, Its design fulfilled its promise for anti-wrinkle, If it was thicker and firmer I think it would have been perfect for me…however I had issues with comfort. It sits too low for me and caused neck pain. I think my broad shoulders could be a problem. Wish it wasn’t so expensive for this reason.
This is my first experience with a beauty pillow. While the shape is good and comfortable, the pillow has a strong, unpleasant smell of plastic or chemicals that doesn't go away even after a week.
Overall it’s fairly comfortable. I’m trying to get used to it as it does give me a neck ache at times

I like the pillow very much, but I prefer to use it without the pillow case, as I feel that it reduces the smoothness and comfort of the pillow
It really does make sleeping on both my back and side much more comfortable. And my little wrinkle under my eye from being squished is fading. Now I have to take it everywhere I guess. Gee thanks for making me into a high maintenance girlie.

wish it was asz little bit thicker at the Knee rest. Too shallow to keep my knees parallel. Do they come in different sizes?
Is it the most comfortable pillow ever? No definitely not, but it does what it’s designed for and helps reduce my under eye lines that occur from sleeping on my side with my other pillow lol
The chest pillow is the best option for maintaining the ferm skin on that area. It is very confortable while sleeping. I recomend this product 100%

Comfortable
I’m a side sleeper with serious neck problems. I would wake up with an extremely sore neck, swollen eye bags, and ugly lines on my puffy face. I’ve tried numerous pillows but the search continues until I found Beauty Pillow. I now wake up every morning with less pain in my neck and a v-shaped face with no puffiness or wrinkles. My friends asked if I got a mini facelift. Ladies, do try it. I can’t recommend it enough❤️

I was dissatisfied because of delivery information where was no information regarding the taxes and was writen that no taxes and no fees for deliverie but its not true i payd 25% of my orders price so be prepared to pay extra for order
