I've had this pillow for years and I do love it, and the silk pillowcases are nice for a short while but they fall apart so easily! Even if you hand wash and are gentle putting them on and off the pillow, it's SO easy to tear slightly by the zipper and then it just gets bigger and bigger. Customer service is terrible. My latest order took over a month to arrive and no one ever responded to my emails. Starting to think it's not worth it and I plan to check out other brands for similar pillows once these cases inevitably fall apart like the last 3 I bought.
The breast pillow exceeded my expectations! It keeps your breast separated and prevents wrinkles and is surprisingly comfortable. Previously, I was using stick on chest pads, which work but are expensive and only last a few days. This is well worth the cost and highly recommended.
I will never buy anything from this company again! After spending $20,on shipping, I get hit with a $32 bill from FedEx because this product was stopped at customs. Outrageous!! Never, never, never again!
And customer care doesn't reply back. Scam of a company!
Pillow smells horrible. I washed cover to see if that would help. It did not. I can’t use it. I sent concerns to customer service and never heard back.
Its quite a firm memory foam, I guess it has to be in order to cradle the sides of your face. I held a mirror up to see how much my face is touching, and the eye are is still wrinkling somewhat, also gravity doesn't help putting your face down like that. Really the only solution is sleeping on your back. It doesnt have that same cozy feel when lying on your back as you would on a softer memory foam. Not too sure how I can return it in its original packaging if I dont have a vacuum compression machine to get it back into the tube it came in. will have to inquire about that.
The pillow is nice and arrived timely, Its design fulfilled its promise for anti-wrinkle, If it was thicker and firmer I think it would have been perfect for me…however I had issues with comfort. It sits too low for me and caused neck pain. I think my broad shoulders could be a problem. Wish it wasn’t so expensive for this reason.
This is my first experience with a beauty pillow. While the shape is good and comfortable, the pillow has a strong, unpleasant smell of plastic or chemicals that doesn't go away even after a week.
It really does make sleeping on both my back and side much more comfortable. And my little wrinkle under my eye from being squished is fading. Now I have to take it everywhere I guess. Gee thanks for making me into a high maintenance girlie.
I can not evaluate an order i have never received. I am waiting for more than 1 month and I do not receive any response from support team. After 1 month the FedEx team still do not have it.
Is it the most comfortable pillow ever? No definitely not, but it does what it’s designed for and helps reduce my under eye lines that occur from sleeping on my side with my other pillow lol
I’m a side sleeper with serious neck problems. I would wake up with an extremely sore neck, swollen eye bags, and ugly lines on my puffy face. I’ve tried numerous pillows but the search continues until I found Beauty Pillow. I now wake up every morning with less pain in my neck and a v-shaped face with no puffiness or wrinkles. My friends asked if I got a mini facelift. Ladies, do try it. I can’t recommend it enough❤️
